The room was very clean and they replaced the towels and linens regularly. i loved how close the hotel was to so many metro stations plus a jr station. Exploring the city was super easy from here (it saved me so much time!).
the hotel rooms are really small, and opening large suitcases was difficult.

The staff assisted me with issues I had before arrival, going above and beyond expectations. They accommodated me in a brighter room with a large window after I mentioned that I am claustrophobic. It made a significant difference!!!

the coin laundry was good it served its purpose well.
the room was small to the point that opening my suitcase on the floor was not possible it had to happen on the bed this was far from ideal plus the room rate felt steep considering the limited space it felt a bit overpriced for what it was.
